The dealer in Sri Lanka probably didn’t really trust his local laboratory in Colombo, because he had a certificate made by GIA for this stone. The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate confirms the GIC (Gemological Institute of Colombo) certificate. This stone is clearly one untreated padparadscha from Sri Lanka, which was confirmed again by GLA (Gemmological Laboratory Austria).
